TCW Committee

The Commerce Week (TCW) is the official orientation week for incoming Asper School of Business Students, hosted by the Commerce Students’ Association. The week consists of Orientation Day, the TCW Beverage Gardens, and the Commerce on the Quad Commerce Social which are hosted for all University of Manitoba students.

Events Coordinator

Available Positions: 3

The TCW Events Coordinators plan and manage all aspects of the TCW events including event programming, schedules, venues, security, and audio/lighting bookings. The TCW Events Coordinators will work with the Volunteer Coordinators and the Marketing Coordinators to ensure events are staffed and promoted appropriately.

Director of Corporate Relations

Available Positions: 2

Directors of Corporate Relations seek to form innovative new partnerships between companies and the CSA through the TCW brand while maintaining and growing existing partnerships. These partnerships are critical to the viability and success of all TCW events.

Director of Marketing

Available Positions: 2

The TCW Marketing Coordinators work closely with the TCW Committee to develop creative content for all TCW Events. They are also responsible for printing banners, t-shirts, posters, and any other marketing materials required. The TCW Marketing Coordinators are also responsible for the creation of TCW social media content.

Volunteer Coordinator

Available Positions: 2

The TCW Volunteer Coordinators recruit and train volunteers for all TCW events. They are required to formulate volunteer schedules for the various positions and effectively communicate required tasks to volunteers.
